Free Shure Demo System & Salesperson Spiff Program
1. Free Demo System Program
• Earn a free Shure IMX Foundation System (IMXF5) or IMX Room Kit.
• To qualify, your company must order a demo system through your direct Shure account.
• Demo orders require upfront purchase (20% demo DFI applies).
How it works:
• Each qualifying room kit sale earns your company a rebate ($70–$250) until the demo cost is reimbursed.
• Rebates are valid for 6 months from purchase date.
• McFadden will issue a reimbursement check once the demo cost is matched, or at 6 months (whichever comes first).
Rebate amounts per system:
• IMXF5 Foundation = $70
• IMXRK30 = $100
• IMXRK50 = $125
• IMXRK70 = $150
• IMXRK80 = $250
Extended warranty rebates:
• IMXF5 = $25
• IMXRK30 = $35
• IMXRK50 = $40
• IMXRK70 = $50
• IMXRK80 = $85
2. Salesperson Spiff Program
• Runs September 1, 2025 through November 30, 2025.
• Payouts made on or after December 1, 2025.
• Company must own a demo system for salesperson spiffs to be valid.
• One salesperson per PO is eligible.
• Spiffs must be registered through the official form to qualify.
Spiff payouts per system sold:
• IMXF5 = $70
• IMXRK30 = $100
• IMXRK50 = $125
• IMXRK70 = $150
• IMXRK80 = $250
Extended warranty spiffs:
• IMXF5 = $25
• IMXRK30 = $35
• IMXRK50 = $40
• IMXRK70 = $50
• IMXRK80 = $85
Example:
Selling 10 IMXRK80 kits with extended warranties = $3,350 payout.
3. Support from McFadden & Shure
• On-site support for demo kit setup and installation.
• Support for customer demo days (Open House).
• Far-end call support so customers can experience the kit remotely.
• Discount programs: registration discounts, flip discounts (Foundation + MXA/MXW products).
4. Terms & Conditions
• Valid only for direct Shure accounts (not through distribution).
• Microsoft Teams Room license sold separately.
• Demo system purchase required to activate both programs.
• Spiffs valid only if billed through McFadden territory.
• W9 required; recipients will receive a 1099.
• Returned products must be refunded to McFadden.
• If company policy prohibits spiffs, entries are disqualified.
• By registering, you agree to receive McFadden marketing emails.
